Shipping Policy

All orders under one pound will ship USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes about 3-5 days, depending on your location. There is a Priority Mail option available at checkout, which offers 2-3 day shipping, but it is not guaranteed.

If you need your order "like-yesterday", Express Mail shipping is now available for an additional cost (that link is here), which offers 1-2 day delivery times, guaranteed.

If you need your order even faster, there are instant downloads available at this link, which you can print at home, or with a local printer.

Please know that USPS is doing their very best to get shipments to customers as quickly as possible, but delays can happen, and will not be subject to a refund.

All orders, regardless of shipping service, will receive tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the custom nature of many of my products, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. All custom orders are proofed to customer before printing. Errors found after approval will not be subject to a refund.

If you are for some reason unsatisfied with your order, however, please reach out, as I would rather have an honest conversation about the problem you are experiencing, than find a poor review of my work somewhere.
